Custom 40mm commemorative coins. Designs are produced using AI image generation from information and images you provide. Each coin is made to order and reviewed by a person before printing.

These are novelty commemorative items. They are not official coins, medals, badges, currency, or insignia of any government, military branch, agency, or organization, and are not issued by or affiliated with any such body.

You must be 18 or older to order. We ship within the United States only.

1. You pay for your coins.

2. You use our design tool to create your front and back designs.

3. You review a proof and lock your design.

4. We review, print, and ship.

We do not begin production until you lock your design.

By submitting text, images, or descriptions, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have permission to use everything you submit
• You have permission from any identifiable person whose image or likeness you submit
• Your content doesn’t infringe any copyright, trademark, publicity right, or privacy right
• Your content doesn’t violate our Prohibited Content Policy below

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising from content you submit.

You own the physical coins you purchase. You may use, display, resell, and give away those coins freely.

As to the design itself: designs are generated by an AI system. We make no representation that any design is protected by copyright or that it is unique. Similar designs may be produced for other customers. We do not claim exclusive ownership of your design, and we do not grant you exclusive ownership of it.

We retain your design file so you can reorder.

We may photograph finished coins and use those images to promote our work. You can opt out at checkout or by emailing us at any time, including after your order ships.

We may refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including violations of the Prohibited Content Policy. If we cancel, we refund you in full. We aren’t obligated to explain the reason, though we usually will.

See the refund policy. Summary: full refund before production, no refund after, because each coin is made specifically for you.

We ship via USPS within the United States. Delivery estimates aren’t guarantees. Risk of loss passes on delivery to the carrier, but if a package is lost in transit, contact us and we’ll make it right.

Colors on your screen won’t match printed metal exactly. Bare metal areas will look different in person than in a preview. Minor variation between coins in a batch is normal.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law: California.

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you order is the one that applies to your order.

We can’t make everything. Here’s what we have to turn down, and why.

Official military and government insignia. Service seals, branch emblems, unit crests, rank insignia, and reproductions of medals or decorations. These are protected marks and, in some cases, restricted by federal law. What we can do: original designs in a military style, unit nicknames, mottos, dates, names, and original artwork. This is what most people actually want.

Law enforcement and first responder badges. Badge replicas, department seals, and official patches. Manufacturing badge replicas is illegal in some states. What we can do: original designs, department names, station numbers, Maltese crosses, Stars of Life, memorial designs.

Anything resembling currency. Designs that could be mistaken for US or foreign coins or paper money.

Sports teams and leagues. Team logos, league marks, mascots, uniforms. What we can do: your own rec league, your team name, your colors, original artwork.

Movies, TV, games, and characters. Any character, logo, or design owned by a studio, publisher, or franchise.

Company logos you don’t own. Bring your own brand and we’ll print it. Someone else’s, we can’t.

Hate symbols and extremist imagery. No exceptions, no context that makes it okay.

Sexual content. Nothing explicit or sexualized.

Real people without permission. Public figures, celebrities, or anyone who hasn’t agreed to be on a coin. Your own family and friends are fine, and you’re confirming you have their okay.

Illegal or dangerous content. Anything promoting violence, harming people, or breaking the law.

If we can’t print your order, we cancel it and refund you in full. We’d rather do that than make something that gets you or us in trouble.
