Shipping and returns
We ship within the United States only. Refunds are simple: everything before your design locks, nothing after, and always if the mistake is ours.
Shipping
- Where: United States only, including APO/FPO
- When: printed and shipped within 5 business days; rush production ships in 2 for $15
- How: USPS Ground Advantage with tracking
- Cost: flat by quantity — $6.95 for 1–2 coins up to $15.95 for 26–50. Free over 50.
- Transit: usually 2–5 business days after shipping
- Address changes: email us before it ships and we’ll fix it
Before you lock your design: full refund, no questions
Email us with your order number. We’ll refund everything including shipping, usually within one business day.
After you lock your design: no refund
Once you lock it, we print it. Each coin is made specifically for you and can’t be resold, so we can’t take it back. This is why we show you a proof at actual size first.
If we made a mistake
Wrong design, wrong metal, damaged coin, or a printing defect — send us a photo and we’ll reprint or refund. Your choice, no charge.
If your package is lost
Contact us. We’ll work with USPS and, if it doesn’t turn up, reprint your order.
If we cancel your order
Full refund, always.
What isn't covered
A design you approved but changed your mind about, spelling you approved at the proof step, or damage from normal wear after a long time.
